The long awaited inauguration of Square (Brussels Meeting Centre), a spectacular show consisting of contemporary dance, music, fireworks, video mapping and light.
Mid September 2009, the new congress centre on the Mont des Arts was inaugurated. The two hours during show pivoted mainly around the unique architecture of ‘Square’. Since architectural design is one of the main passions of ACTLD, they were highly involved in the production and scenario of the show from the very start.
This project was an opportunity to go all the way with the implementation of lighting in an urban, contemporary and artistic show. The close cooperation with amongst others Alice Events, Anti VJ (video mapping) and Ephémères (fireworks) brought this spectacular filled with dance and music to the next level.
