The ground floor of this building is topped with a long “glass block” covered by a curved roof. This long glass facade is the perfect support to project light animations that enhance the shopping street and one of its most special building.
An automated lighting equipment is installed on the roof to backlight the diffusing glass panels. The roof is divided into compartments to create different light-colored “blocks” on the facade.
This scheme allows us to program exciting lighting animations running all along the street and even simulating a long rainbow. Placed at specific locations, gobo projectors can add text and textures on the facade and vary according to the seasons and the commercial
themes.
