The city of Bruges burst into light with its third annual Winter Glow light festival
ACTLD provided the city with several lighting installations that communicate with space and the environment, and integrated them into the cityscape. During the day they are, as much as possible invisible. But when darkness falls, they light up, adding a new dimension to the city.
